Meet Our Team

Razmig Maadanian is the founding attorney of Los Angeles Advocates, a Pasadena-based firm dedicated to representing injured workers in the greater Los Angeles area. He focuses his practice on California workers' compensation, regularly handling serious orthopedic injuries, repetitive trauma, stress-related claims, denied or delayed cases, and disputes over permanent disability and return to work.

Before starting Los Angeles Advocates, Razmig spent a decade on the defense side representing employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases. He saw firsthand how they underpay and delay injured workers, how adjusters look for excuses to cut off treatment, and how defense attorneys exploit gaps in a claim. He switched to representing workers so he could use that inside knowledge of their playbook to push back against those tactics and protect the people on the other side of the table.

Razmig serves clients throughout Los Angeles County and is known for direct, plain-language communication and for being available when questions come up. His goal in every case is to safeguard his client's health and income and to make the workers' compensation process as clear and manageable as possible for people from all backgrounds.
